I represent businesses looking for retail space and landlords filling it, in Salem and across the Mid-Willamette Valley.

No retail space listed right now. Tell me your size, budget and the part of town you want, and I’ll send you what fits, including spaces that aren’t advertised.
I spent about 20 years in retail before I became a broker. For 14 of them I ran NW Cellular, a Metro by T-Mobile dealer that peaked at 51 stores, and my retail career covered more than 100 store locations. I picked the sites, signed the leases and paid the rent. That’s the view I bring to retail space in Salem.
If you’re a tenant, I’ll help you find space that fits how your customers actually shop, then negotiate the terms that hit your P&L:
If you own retail space, I’ll walk it the way a tenant will and fix what costs showings. I’ll market it well beyond one website and qualify every inquiry, so your time goes to tours that can turn into LOIs.
I work Salem, Keizer and the Mid-Willamette Valley with Coldwell Banker Commercial Mountain West. Tell me what you need, or ask for a broker opinion of value on your building.

Common area maintenance. It’s your share of the cost of running the shared parts of the property, like parking lot upkeep, landscaping and common utilities. On a triple-net (NNN) lease you usually also pay a share of property taxes and insurance. Ask for last year’s actual numbers before you sign.
Both. I help businesses find and negotiate retail space, and I lease space for owners. On any deal, I’ll tell you up front who I represent.
