Why I’m Different
For 14 years I built and ran NW Cellular Corp, a Metro by T-Mobile dealer with more than 50 stores and 130 employees across five states. I signed the leases, picked the sites, and lived with the rent. I sold the last of my stores in May 2026 and went into commercial brokerage full-time.
So I know how a tenant decides on a space and what makes a landlord’s building the one they pick. That’s what I bring to your side of the table.
